GOT CORN?

GOT CORN?  We do!!  Barden Family Orchard will be joining us tomorrow, and they will have their fabulous corn, just for you.  Come and get it!

If making you hungry is wrong, we don’t want to be right.

Read at your own risk, this may make you hungry.

This week, Bravo Wood Fired Pizza is our featured vendor.  They will be using Pat’s Pastured sweet and hot Italian sausages on their pizzas.  How can we make dinner Monday night any easier?  All you need to do is come to the Farmer’s Market this Monday, stake your claim on your pizza, grab some greens to make yourself a salad, maybe a sweet treat from one of our delicious bakers, and enjoy!

I also recommend you swing by The Savory Grape for a bottle of either of these wines to go with your pizza…

-Delas Saint Esprit, Cotes Du Rhone 2008 ($12.49)

– Cono Sur, a blend of Cabernet and Carmenere 2008 ($12.99 and it’s CERTIFIED ORGANIC!)

Mmmmm… Coffee…

Ok, it’s hot.  You need a nice cold drink.  Come down to the East Greenwich Farmer’s Market and enjoy a delicious Iced Coffee (regular or decaf), Iced Chai (my favorite), or the oh-so-yummy, Berry BlendIced Tea.  If you haven’t guessed it yet, our Featured Vendor this week is The Coffee Guy.  Steve Demeter, aka The Coffee Guy has been in the coffee business for fifteen years, and has been roasting coffee for the last six years.  Currently, he roasts at Custom House Coffee in Middletown.  So come grab yourself a cup-o-joe, or a bag of whole beans.  You can choose between organic or conventional whole beans sold by the bag.
